A heart‐on‐a‐chip model of dilated cardiomyopathy is developed from patient‐derived induced pluripotent stem cells. The model recapitulates key disease phenotypes and enables functional assessment through integrated bead‐based tracking and pillar deflection measurements.

TRAIP Mediates Alcohol‐Induced Liver Injury through Regulating β‐catenin Ubiquitin Degradation via Direct Interaction

This study reveals that NF‐κB1‐driven TRAIP upregulation in ALD correlates with disease severity. Mechanistically, TRAIP directly binds β‐catenin via its CC domain and promotes its K48‐linked ubiquitination and degradation, which is independent of the GSK3β/β‐TrCP pathway.

Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors are the only drugs approved for a specific sexual function disorder. All other drugs used in the treatment of sexual disorders are used 'off-label.'
