放电条件下SF6气体分解产物变化情况的研究

对SF6气体分解产物的组成及其体积分数进行测定和分析研究与SF6电气设备安全运行密切相关。笔者建立了SF6电气设备模拟放电试验方法,使用气相色谱法、离子色谱法及检测管法对不同模拟放电条件下SF6气体分解产物的生成过程、相对体积分数关系等方面进行研究,寻找表征不同放电故障类型的特征气体,从而得到SF6气体分解产物的变化情况与SF6电气设备故障之间的内在联系。该项研究提出对SF6气体分解产物定量检测以评判电气设备内部状态的理论与方法,对实现SF6电气设备由于放电引起的突发性故障的早期诊断和预测有着重大意义。

SF6电气设备的监督与故障诊断

SF6电气设备在电网中的应用越来越广泛,这些设备运行状态的好坏直接关系着电网的安全。根据SF6的化学性质与分解机理,利用SF6气体分解产物可以判断设备故障、推测可能存在缺陷。通过对SF6电气设备的日常监督,统计分析了SF6气体分解产物中特征组分(二氧化硫SO2、氟化亚硫酰SOF2以及硫化氢H2S)的生成情况,并以此为基础总结出了SF6电气设备放电故障诊断标准,提出了不同电压等级SF6电气设备分解产物检测周期。

高压SF6断路器是电网中的重要元件,它对电网运行的可靠性有着重要影响。笔者以高压SF6断路器为分析目标,讨论了高压SF6断路器可靠性研究的目的,并论述了可靠性研究的发展现状。结合高压SF6断路器的技术特点,讨论了高压SF6断路器进行可靠性研究的特点;针对高压SF6断路器的开合、绝缘、载流、静态结构、机构及传动、辅助和控制回路等6个功能模块,分析了对其进行可靠性研究的难点;最后,总结了对高压SF6断路器密封元件进行可靠性评估的可能手段和方法。
