Antibody drug conjugates deliver their cytotoxic anti‐tubulin or topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads to tumors through cancer cell receptor targeting. The released drug payloads induce cellular changes that interact with radiotherapy resulting in radiosensitization that improves cancer cell kill and stimulates anti‐tumor immune responses.

Research on Multi-View 3D Reconstruction Technology Based on SFM
Multi-view 3D reconstruction technology is used to restore a 3D model of practical value or required objects from a group of images. This paper designs and implements a set of multi-view 3D reconstruction technology, adopts the fusion method of SIFT and ...

We present a dual‐organ, biomarker‐integrated ovaryendometrium organ‐on‐a‐chip that recapitulates 3D tissue complexity, menstrual cycle dynamics, and hormonal crosstalk. This platform enables real‐time, cell‐typespecific fluorescent readouts of reproductive toxicity using ANGPTL4 and SERPINB2 as early‐response reporters.

In the normal course of muscle fiber development, myonuclei actively position and adapt a precise localization in mature fibers, shaping MyoNuclear Domains (MNDs). Myonuclei positioning in fibers appears to be essential for muscle function as defects in MNDs settings are always associated with dysfunction (i.e., centronuclear myopathy, sarcopenia ...

Tough and Temperature‐Resistant Material Based on Bombyx mori Silk Fibroin
We propose a biomimetic “Hydration‐Crystallization Locking” (HCL) strategy inspired by Bombyx mori spinning to enhance silk fibroin (SF) performance in extreme temperatures. A flexible fibroin membrane (FFM) shows high strength, toughness, and shape retention under −196°C and 70°C.

The RNA G‐quadruplexes formed at the 5'‐end of the RNA component of human telomerase possess extreme slow unfolding rate, rendering them resistant to nuclease degradation. The helicase DHX36 overcame this kinetic barrier and significantly reduced the folded fraction.
