Anti‐Allergic Potentials of Actinodaphne angustifolia: Integrated In Vivo Evaluation and In Silico Analysis of Bioactive Compounds

Actinodaphne angustifolia leaf extract exhibited significant anti‐allergic activity in a TDI‐induced mouse model, reducing sneezing, nasal scratching, nasal scores, WBC counts, and serum IgE levels. The extract was non‐toxic and rich in bioactive polyphenols, particularly (−) epicatechin and rutin hydrate.
