ABSTRACT Introduction The popularization of blockchain‐based applications made evident a critical challenge, namely the inherent isolation of these decentralized systems, akin to the disconnected and technologically diverse local area networks of the 1970s. This lack of interoperability limits the potential for widespread adoption and innovation in the

512 bit-SHA3 design approach and implementation on field programmable gate arrays [PDF]
<p>In this work, the authors consider the newly selected Hash Secure (SHA-3) algorithm on FPGA Gateway. The design is logically optimized for zone efficiency by combining the Rho steps and the one-pass algorithm. Logically recording these three steps registers leads to usage 16% of the logical resources for all implementations.

Biomaterial Cues for Regulation of Osteoclast Differentiation and Function in Bone Regeneration
Among bone biomaterial strategies, many have investigated the use of different material cues to direct osteoblasts. However, less attention is given to exploring features that similarly target osteoclast formation and activity, with even fewer strategies demonstrating or integrating biomaterial‐directed modulation of osteoblast‐osteoclast coupling ...

Towards quantum‐safe blockchain: Exploration of PQC and public‐key recovery on embedded systems
This paper addresses the need for quantum‐safe blockchain solutions specifically for embedded systems by integrating Post‐Quantum Cryptography (PQC) into blockchain frameworks. We propose a quantum‐secure blockchain architecture using NIST‐standardized PQC algorithms, finding Falcon‐512 to be optimal for embedded environments due to its security and ...

This study proposes a blockchain‐driven framework for monitoring and governing cryptocurrency ‘tax‐base dark matter’. By integrating a consortium chain, rule‐guided transaction graph analysis, tax‐semantic zero‐knowledge proofs, dynamic‐weight consensus and privacy‐preserving KYC decoupling, the model balances compliance, privacy and cross‐border ...

Plum pox virus: An overview of the potyvirus behind sharka, a harmful stone fruit disease
Plum pox virus is a member of the genus Potyvirus in the family Potyviridae. The significance of this virus is underscored by its large strain diversity, wide host range, broad geographical distribution and the great socio‐economic impact of sharka, the disease it causes. Abstract The study of Potyvirus plumpoxi (plum pox virus, PPV) has a long history,
