MagmaFlow: A desktop platform for artificial intelligence‐driven expression analysis
MagmaFlow is a free, no‐code platform for gene expression analysis. It generates interactive volcano plots, links genes to literature, pathways, and diseases, prioritizes candidates using millions of publications, identifies affected biological processes, builds network diagrams, and exports publication‐ready figures and reports for macOS and Windows ...

A GMM-Based Segmentation Method for the Detection of Water Surface Floats
Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) is a widely used approach for the background subtraction and the moving objects detection. However, the classical GMM probably detects incorrectly and cannot deal with the shadows with a pixel-level and time-domain ...

In his classical paper [14], Rosa introduced a hierarchical series of labelings called ρ, σ, β and α labeling as a tool to settle Ringel’s Conjecture which states that if T is any tree with m edges then the complete graph K2m+1 can be decomposed into 2m +

Permutation Labeling for some Shadow Graphs
A permutation labeling of a graph G is a bijective assignment of labels from { 1,2,3, …p} to the vertices of G such that when each edge of G has assigned a weight defined by the number of permutations of f(u) things taken f(v) at a time. Such a labeling f is called permutation labeling of G.

Importin 7 mediates the nuclear import of HIV‐1 integrase via a specific interacting interface
HIV‐1 integrase enables viral DNA integration into the host genome. By binding to the core domain of the host protein Importin 7 via its C‐terminal domain, the integrase is transported across the nuclear membrane into the nucleus, where integration of the viral genome into host DNA takes place. This translocation is a critical step for subsequent viral

ATZ‐1 promotes DNA replication efficiency to maintain normal meiotic function
Absence of ATZ‐1 interferes with meiotic DNA replication and cell cycle function via CHK‐1. This causes downstream defects associated with DNA damage and genomic integrity. Taken together, this study suggests that ATZ‐1 influences DNA replication efficiency and cell cycle function to maintain normal meiotic function.

Total edge-betweenness centrality measure of a graph
Edge-betweenness centrality measure is an important centrality measure that focuses on the role of edges in a graph. The total edge-betweenness centrality measure (EBCM) of a graph is defined as the sum of the edge-betweenness centrality measures of all ...

Evaluating the effect of γ‐oryzanol on MASLD pathology using a medaka fish model
This study explores a liver disease called MASLD, which is increasing worldwide and can lead to serious damage. Researchers used medaka fish instead of rodents to test a food compound, γ‐oryzanol. Fish fed this compound had less liver fat and healthier gut bacteria.
