Modeling the impacts of grazing management on livestock behavior and performance: A case study in the Peruvian Andes

Our modeling study shows that livestock management strongly influences grazing behavior and animal performance in the Peruvian Andes. Furthermore, adjusting stocking rates and improving animal distribution can enhance forage intake and body condition while increasing forage biomass.
