An Arresting Question: Should New Zealand Adopt the 1999 Ship Arrest Convention?
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2014An analysis of whether New Zealand should adopt the International Convention on Arrest of Ships (1999). The paper argues that, on balance, New Zealand should not adopt this Convention. Instead, the Convention should be used as a guide for any future reform of New Zealand's ship arrest laws.
