Der Patient stellte sich nach einer Synkope mit Sturz auf den Kopf und kurzer Bewusstlosigkeit in verwirrtem Zustand vor. Nach Diagnosestellung mithilfe einer Blutgasanalyse und Therapie mit Sauerstoff erholte sich der Patient vollstandig.
