Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, EarlyView.Identifying time‐efficient case‐finding instruments for postpartum depression is imperative for early detection. The results of the present study show strong psychometric properties of the two‐item Whooley instrument, making it a suitable case‐finding instrument for symptoms of depression in primary health care.
