Reliable Transmission of Short Packets in Cognitive Radio Inspired NOMA Network

Aiming at the high-performance requirements of Internet of Things (IoT) scenarios, a cognitive radio-inspired nonorthogonal multiple access (CR-NOMA) scheme in short packet communication is investigated.
