Target recognition techniques for multifunction phased array radar
This thesis, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at University College London, is a discussion and analysis of combined stepped-frequency and pulse-Doppler target recognition methods which enable a multifunction phased array radar designed

A single‐cell atlas of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma development reveals progressive ductal‐fibroblast‐immune crosstalk. Tumor‐derived LAMB3 drives the formation of immunosuppressive LRRC15+ fibroblasts through the ITGB1/FAK/MAPK/FOSL2 signaling. Glycolytic reprogramming upregulates LAMB3 and correlates with LRRC15+ fibroblast enrichment.

Fundamental aspects of netted radar performance
Netted radar employs several spatially distributed transmitters and receivers for information retrieval. This system topology offers many advantages over traditional monostatic and bistatic systems which use a single transmitter and a single receiver ...

Physics‐Embedded Neural Network: A Novel Approach to Design Polymeric Materials
Traditional black‐box models for polymer mechanics rely solely on data and lack physical interpretability. This work presents a physics‐embedded neural network (PENN) that integrates constitutive equations into machine learning. The approach ensures reliable stress predictions, provides interpretable parameters, and enables performance‐driven, inverse ...

Short range tracking of rainy clouds by multi-image flow processing of X-band radar data
Two innovative algorithms for motion tracking and monitoring of rainy clouds from radar images are proposed. The methods are generalizations of classical optical flow techniques, including a production term (modelling formation, growth or depletion of ...

Performance Analysis of Ultra-Wideband Channel for Short-Range Monopulse Radar at Ka-Band
High-range resolution is inherently provided with Ka-band ultra-wideband (UWB) vehicular radars. The authors have developed a prototype UWB monopulse radar equipped with a two-element receiving antenna array and reported its measurement results.

Highly Biomimetic Ectodermal Epithelial Organoids for Epithelial Barrier Stimulation Assays
ABSTRACT Evaluating the potential toxicity of pharmaceuticals and biomaterials to ectodermal epithelia, such as the oral mucosa and skin, is indispensable in pre‐clinical assessments. However, this remains a challenge primarily owing to the lack of physiologically relevant and accurate screening models.
