The aim of this article is to perform a review of the literature on the current status of shoulder arthroplasty in people with hemophilia (PWH). A search was conducted in PubMed on December 8, 2024, using the keywords "hemophilia" and "shoulder arthroplasty." To date only 4 articles (84 shoulder arthroplasties) in PWH have been published.
