A lattice‐strain‐engineered Co0.28Cu0.67Ir0.05 trimetallic alloy nanoparticle electrocatalyst is rationally designed for efficient alkaline seawater electrolysis. Larger Ir atoms in the CoCu lattice modulate the local coordination environment, generating compressive lattice strain and highly active catalytic sites.

Erect (luxatio erecta) and superior glenohumeral dislocations are extremely uncommon. In luxatio erecta, the humeral head is subglenoid or subcoracoid just as in the more common anterior dislocation, but the shaft of the humerus is parallel to the spine of the scapula, not parallel to the chest wall as seen in the anterior type.

Of 780 patients treated fbr primary anterior shoulder dislocations, 33 (4.2%) were aged 12 to 17 years at the time of the dislocation. We clinically evaluated 28 of these patients a mean of 7.1 years after the initial dislocation.
