Biotechnology and Bioengineering, EarlyView.This study investigates the temporal effects of galactose and manganese on the N‐glycosylation of Trastuzumab (mAb) antibody during fed‐batch and perfusion bioprocessing modes to reveal the influence of feeding schedules on mAb N‐glycosylation patterns. These findings will aid in building process control schemes for mAb bioprocessing.
