Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Two series of self‐doped conjugated polyelectrolytes are synthesized from a non‐self‐dopable building block 3MEEET and a self‐dopable building‐block 3HOT−[TMA+] or 3HOT−[SO3H] enabling precise control over the degree of self‐doping, which in turn directly governs the threshold voltage (VT) in OECTs over a wide range of 700 mV.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Flexible transparent electronics require efficient power management without sacrificing visibility or mechanical compliance. This work presents a room‐temperature‐fabricated amorphous Ga2O3/NiO heterojunction diode on a flexible substrate that enables full‐wave rectification, UV photovoltaic energy harvesting, and self‐powered photodetection.

Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.The azacitidine biosynthetic gene cluster (aza BGC) was identified by the resistance‐gene‐guided comparative genomics method in Streptomyces mobaraensis IPIO2. The complete biosynthetic pathway of azacitidine, which follows a “base‐first‐then‐glycosylation” logic, was elucidated through in vivo and in vitro experiments.
