STUDYING THE INTESTINAL MICROBIOME OF SIBERIAN ROE DEER
Izvestiâ Timirâzevskoj selʹskohozâjstvennoj akademii, 2023The fauna of Yakutia is rich and diverse, but the epizootic situation of the republic with regard to infectious diseases of wild animals remains poorly studied. There are practically no reports in the literature on the study of the microbiota of wild ungulates of the Arctic and Subarctic.

Diet structure of the Siberian roe deer in Yakutia
Russian Journal of Ecology, 2011Daily food requirements and seasonal aspects of the diet have been studied in the Siberian roe deer (Capreolus pygargus Pall.) at the northernmost limits of its range in northeastern Asia, under specific sharply continental climatic conditions of the East Siberian light conifer (larch) taiga forests.

Biochemical Genetics, 2007
Partial sequences of the mitochondrial control region of northeastern China roe deer were analyzed to determine the degree of genetic diversity. Fourteen haplotypes were observed. The haplotype diversity was high (h = 0.872), nucleotide diversity was medium (p ( i ) = 0.0108), and the average Tamura-Nei nucleotide distance among them was 1.9 ...

The structure of the skull of the Siberian roe deer (Capreólus pygárgus)
Hippology and Veterinary Sciences, 2023Unfortunately, insufficient attention is paid to the anatomy of wild animals in modern morphology. The purpose of our work was to study the structure of the skull of the Siberian roe deer. Osteological preparations made by us independently were used for the work. As a result of the work carried out, we were able to establish the characteristic features

Mitochondrial DNA polymorphism in populations of Siberian and European roe deer (Capreolus pygargus and C. capreolus) [PDF]
We have amplified and sequenced 679 nucleotides of the mitochondrial DNA control-region in 45 Siberian (Capreolus pygargus) and European (C. capreolus) roe deer from two localities in Russia and seven in Italy. Average interspecific sequence divergence was 4.9%.

Hemodynamics of blood through the heart is carried out in one direction, where the diastole of the heart is replaced by a systole, and promotes the movement of blood through the circulatory circles. An important role in this is played not only by the heart valves, which restrain the movement of blood into the atria (sash) and ventricles (aortic valve ...

Demographic structure of Siberian roe deer (Capreolus pygargus Pall.) population in central Yakutia
Russian Journal of Ecology, 2013The dynamics of the sex and age structure of Siberian roe deer in central Yakutia has been analyzed over the period from 1998 to 2011. In the snowy winter of 2004, mass migration and high mortality of the animals were recorded. The following shift of the adult sex ratio in favor of females and increase in the proportion of calves provided for rapid ...

Spinal Segmental Position Relative to the Vertebrae in Korean Water Deer and Siberian Roe Deer
Journal of Comparative NeurologyABSTRACT The length of the spinal cord differs from that of the vertebral column in vertebrates, and their segmental positional relationship exhibits significant variability and complexity. However, research on the spinal cord structure of the Korean water deer and Siberian roe deer remains unexplored.
