The Petroleum Geologic Characteristics of Sichuan Basin, Central China

AAPG Bulletin, 1991
Sichuan basin is the main gas producer of China. It covers an area of 230,000 km{sup 2}. The evolution of this basin since Meso-Cenozoic was influenced by both trans-Eurasia Tethys tectonism from the west and the circum-Pacific tectonism from the east. So it has dual characteristics, compressional and tensional.

Texture Statistics for Sichuan Basin Terrain Morphology Analysis DEM Based

2010 International Conference on Machine Vision and Human-machine Interface, 2010
Terrain analysis is an important job for terrain classification and geomorphologic mapping in complex terrain context. When Shuttle Radar Topography Mission appeared, enormous account of data, SRTM Digital Elevation Model (abbreviated SRTM DEM), has been sent back to earth.
