In East Asian patients with chronic hepatitis B, rates of virologic suppression through 5 years were high in those treated continuously with tenofovir alafenamide (TAF) and in those switched from tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) to TAF. Improved renal and bone safety was observed in patients switching from TDF to TAF.

ABSTRACT Objective Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is prevalent and causes a great negative impact on quality of life. Primary antibody deficiency (PAD) is highly prevalent with CRS compared to the background population. There are efficient treatment options to consider when CRS is a symptom of PAD. The condition seems to be underdiagnosed.

Abstract This replication study revisits a 2023 analysis by Sampson on the impact of international technology gaps on income inequality, trade, and wages. We extend the original framework by using broader patent metrics from PATSTAT, expanding the country sample and time frame, and testing alternative calibrations.
