Influence of different extraction methods on the quality of Juglans sigillata oil and its extraction process optimization

open access: yesZhongguo youzhi

Site‐Selective γ‐Trihalomethylation and γ‐Dihalomethylidenation of Silyl Dienol Ethers under Organophotoredox Catalysis

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, Volume 31, Issue 5, January 22, 2025.
The first general synthesis of γ‐tribromo and γ‐trichloromethylated enals was achieved under mild organophotoredox catalyzed conditions with perfect regioselectivity. Importantly, a one‐pot protocol was also reported to furnish the corresponding γ‐ dihalomethylidenated adducts.

Unveiling the distinctive geochemical signature of fine ware through Sr–Nd–Pb isotopes: A site‐specific perspective from the site of Cales (South Italy)

open access: yesGeoarchaeology, Volume 40, Issue 1, January/February 2025.
Abstract This study explores the use of three isotopic systematics—Sr, Nd, and Pb— combined together for the first time to trace the origins of ancient pottery. This approach strengthens our ability to relate raw materials to the final products. The materials selected for the analysis are from a well‐documented data set, previously subjected to a ...

Species divergence and environmental adaptation of Picea asperata complex at the whole genome level

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 14, Issue 8, August 2024.
To understand the mechanisms of interspecific differentiation within Picea, we analysed the genetic relationships and environmental adaptability of eight phenotypically similar species of Picea. It was found that these eight species could be differentiated into five evolutionary branches.
