Sigma convergence in Hungarian agriculture [PDF]
The present paper provides an analysis of agricultural sigma convergence in four old Member States and in Hungary. The analysis was derived from the output and input data from the Economic Accounts for Agriculture between 1990-2005. The results obtained indicate significant convergence in the old Member States and Hungary.

In this paper, the concepts of $\sigma$-uniform density of subsets A of the set $\mathbb{N}$ of positive integers and corresponding $I_{\sigma}$-convergence were introduced. Furthermore, inclusion relations between $I_{\sigma}$-convergence and invariant convergence also $I_{\sigma}$-convergence and $[V_{\sigma}]_{p}$-convergence were given.

A special autonomy policy was implemented in Aceh in 2006, which differed in managing fiscal transfers from the central government. To this end, we examined the convergence of human development in districts/cities for thirteen years (period 2008-2020) as

Stochastic sigma-convergence and applications [PDF]
Motivated by the fact that in nature almost all phenomena behave randomly in some scales and deterministically in some other scales, we build up a framework suitable to tackle both deterministic and stochastic homogenization problems simultaneously, and also separately.

The main objective of this study is to analyse the points of convergence and divergence between the Theory of Constraints and Six Sigma when used in an integrated manner for the continuous improvement of operating manufacturing systems. This research also aims to advance a better understanding of the fundamental principles of such methodologies by ...

Sigma Convergence and VECM Approach in Explaining the Relationship Among Macro Variables in Indonesia [PDF]
Objective – Inequality of regional income, government expenditure and government revenue can show the performance of these variables in improving the economic and non-economic conditions of each region. Previous literature discusses, in part, the inequality among these three variables.

Beta-convergence and sigma-convergence in corporate governance in Europe
Abstract This paper tests for beta-convergence and sigma-convergence in the corporate governance models, using a sample of corporate governance ratings for 198 European corporations listed on the FTSE Eurofirst 300 index. A piecewise linear regression is deployed to select a model and the Poisson pseudo-maximum likelihood estimator is also applied to

ANALYSIS OF CONVERGENCE WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION SIGMA AND BETA CONVERGENCE [PDF]
Real convergence study began with the development of neoclassical models of growth and especially with the passage of econometric applications of these models. In this paper we present applications of indicators and patterns of convergence on the example

Sigma-convergence of stationary Navier-Stokes type equations
In the framework of homogenization theory, the Sigma-convergence method is carried out on stationary Navier-Stokes type equations on a fixed domain. Our main tools are the two-scale convergence concept and the so-called homogenization algebras.
