Signal averaging by microcomputer using a program written in a high-level language
Journal of Neuroscience Methods, 1985A program, written in the language Pascal, is described for signal averaging with a microcomputer. The program instructs the computer to acquire data from two channels on-line. For up to 3 channels of extracellular or intracellular recording analysed simultaneously, it was found not to be necessary to employ machine code or an assembler to provide ...

Hybrid dynamical systems theory and the Signal language
, 1990The logic and synchronization characteristics of general dynamical systems called hybrid dynamical systems (HDS) are studied. The theory is related to discrete event dynamical system theory, but handles numerics as well as symbolics.

In this paper we present our Visual Studio C++ (VSC) programming environment (PE) used for SONAR signal processing and acoustic imaging. Proposed PE is implemented in combination with fast C and flexible MATLAB programming tools. SONAR imaging techniques are executed in a fast manner, by implementing them in C.

This paper deals with the study of Gardner algorithm which is used to synchronize signals in the time domain and with this information can be successfully retrieved. Its implementation is simple and easy because it requires only two samples per data symbol.
