ABSTRACT Apical periodontitis (AP) is an endodontic infection that may persist asymptomatically and be reflected in systemic inflammatory status. This study aimed to evaluate the association between radiographic severity of AP and next‐generation systemic inflammatory biomarkers in systemically healthy adults.
