异基因造血干细胞移植后血清可溶性白介素-2受体对急性移植物抗宿主病的预测研究

目的探究异基因造血干细胞移植后血清可溶性白介素-2受体(soluble interleukin-2receptor,sIL-2R)对急性移植物抗宿主病(acute graft-versus-host disease,aGVHD)的预测价值。方法回顾分析我院接受异基因造血干细胞移植患者12例,其中6例发生aGVHD,6例未发生aGVHD。移植前、移植后+14天、+28天、+42天、+60天、+90天通过ELISA试剂盒检测患者外周血sIL-2R水平,并分析其与aGVHD发生的相关性。结果本组患者血清sIL-
