A 56-year-old male patient was referred by the Opthalmology clinic with silent sinus syndrome. He initially presented with enotpthalmos and hypoglobus which deteriorated gradually over the years. He had a computed tomography scan of his orbits and sinuses which confirmed the diagnosis.
