Zone electrophoresis in silica gel and silica paste
Biochimica et Biophysica Acta, 1960Abstract Silica gel and silica paste have been used as anticonvection media in zone electrophoresis. Rapid methods for preparing gels and pastes containing the appropriate electrophoretic buffer, and their use in zone electrophoresis, are given.
