The Recrystallization of the Silk Fibroin
絹繊維の結晶化機構を究明するため,前報でえられた非晶化フィブロイン粉末とα型フィブロインおよびフィブロイン繊維を各種膨潤剤により,各種温度で膨潤・乾燥処理を行なった。そしてこれら処理したのちの結晶化度を測定し次の結果をえた。非晶化ブィブロインとα型フィブロインは水で再結晶化処理を行なうと, 非晶化フィブロインは容易に非晶化前の結晶化度に達し,β型のX線図を示すが,α型フィブロインは僅がに再結晶化する傾向を示す。そして両者とも処理温度70℃前後に好適結晶化温度の存在する傾向がみられた。またα 型フィブロインを各種濃度のギ酸で処理すると,処理濃度が高くなるにしたがい,X線図はα型からα・β型の混在形を経てβ型に転移し,結晶化度はα型で大きく,α ・β混在型のとき最少値を示し, β型に近づくにしたがい ...
