This study presents a photodetector based on atomically thin MoS2 on an InP substrate, forming an n‐MoS2/p‐InP type‐II staggered heterojunction. The device exhibits excellent rectifying properties with an ideality factor of 1.57 and achieves a peak photoresponsivity of 960 mA W−1, while MoS2 provides stable passivation for InP. III–V semiconductors are

Thin Fluoride Insulators for Improved 2D Transistors: From Deposition Methods to Recent Applications
2D materials hold significant promise for next‐generation electronic and optoelectronic devices, but suitable gate dielectrics are still a challenge. Fluoride insulators, offering inert, dangling‐bond‐free surfaces, have recently emerged as strong candidates. This review covers recent publications on high‐quality fluoride thin‐film deposition and their

Open‐shell quinoids with intrinsic spins are assembled into chiral supramolecular structures via blending with chiral additives. Thermal annealing induces stable co‐crystallization, leading to a 30‐fold amplification of chirality (gabs = 1.23 × 10−2). Significantly, this study represents the first integration of spin‐possessing chiral assemblies into ...

Reconfigurable Nanogap SERS for Multiscale Molecular Sensing on Curved Surfaces
Reconfigurable Au‐coated SMP nanocomposites enable adaptive SERS through reversible tuning of Au─Au nanogaps. Embedded AgNPs serve as photothermal triggers and reinforcements. Wide gaps facilitate macromolecule detection, while narrowed gaps enhance small‐molecule signals for reliable multiscale sensing on curved surfaces.

This review examines four factors that drive interfacial instability in sulfide‐based anode‐free all‐solid‐state batteries and thoroughly reviews corresponding performance‐enhancing strategies. The strategies are organized as follows: (1) interlayer engineering, (2) pressure‐regulating buffer layers, (3) other methods, including sacrificial cathodes ...

Abstract Limited engagement between Black Americans and wildlife is often treated as cultural disinterest rather than the outcome of historical exclusion, racialized trauma, or persistent structural barriers. This perspective obscures the long‐standing relationships Black communities have had with land, agriculture, and conservation, and constrains ...

Background Conflict and crises have long‐lasting and dramatic consequences on the mental health of children. We aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a psychosocial intervention on child mental health in Afghanistan. Methods A two‐arm cluster‐randomized controlled trial was conducted in 83 rural primary schools within three provinces of Afghanistan.

Hidden partnerships in the dark: Cold‐water coral–fish associations in Fiordland, New Zealand
Abstract The ichthyofauna of the Fiordland ecosystems of southern Aotearoa New Zealand was documented during four remotely operating vehicle (ROV) dives between 100 and 350 m depth. A total of 26 fish species were documented within two fiord basins.
