Cross-section methodology in SIMMER [PDF]
The cross-section methodology incorporated in the SIMMER code is described. Data base for all cross sections is the ENDF/B system with various progressing computer codes to group collapse and modify the group constants which are used in SIMMER.

Heat transfer coefficients model for SIMMER-III and SIMMER-IV
The SIMMER-III/SIMMER-IV computer codes are being used for liquid-metal fast reactor (LMFR) core disruptive accident (CDA) analysis. The sequence of events predicted in a CDA is often influenced by the heat exchanges between LMFR materials, which are controlled by heat transfer coefficients (HTCs) in the respective materials.

Assimilation of 3D polarimetric microphysical retrievals in a convective-scale NWP system [PDF]
This study assimilates for the first time polarimetric C-band radar observations from the German meteorological service (DWD) into DWD's convective-scale model ICON-D2 using DWD's ensemble-based KENDA assimilation framework.

Dual-polarimetric radar estimators of liquid water content over Germany
While the assimilation of dual-polarimetric radar observations in weather forecast models is promising especially for short-term forecasts of precipitation, the direct assimilation of polarimetric variables is still challenging because of the rather ...

Le Nord Mosellan à l ’époque mérovingienne : un nouveau bilan
It has been a long time since the North Mosellan during the Merovingian period has been the object of a global study. An update of the synthesis previously published here is now necessary. The aim is to both take into account the latest research advances,

Momentum exchange functions model for SIMMER-III and SIMMER-IV
The SIMMER-III and SIMMER-IV computer code, developed at the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA), is a two- and three-dimensional, multi-velocity-field, multi-component fluid-dynamics model, coupled with a space- and time-dependent neutron kinetics model. The codes have been used widely for simulating complex phenomena during core-disruptive accidents in
