Fermentation Potentials of Baobab Pulp Extract in Soy Yoghurt Production

open access: yesAgriFood: Journal of Agricultural Products for Food, Volume 2, Issue 3, Page 317-324, September 2026.
The research work was about the importance of sourcing for alternative inoculants to replace the main inoculants regularly used for yoghurt production. The search for baobab pulp extract as replacement yielded result, as soy yoghurt was successfully produced.

Degradation Mechanisms, Encapsulation‐Based Stabilization, and Analytical Detection of Vitamin A

open access: yesJournal of the American Oil Chemists' Society, Volume 103, Issue 9, Page 1079-1097, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Vitamin A is an important lipid‐soluble micronutrient essential for vision, immune function, and overall growth and development. However, vitamin A is unstable and susceptible to environmental factors because of its conjugated structure and inherent chemical reactivity.

Sensitivity of summer precipitation simulated by the CLM with respect to initial and boundary conditions

open access: yesMeteorologische Zeitschrift, 2008
The knowledge of the uncertainty resulting from the sensitivity of a regional climate model to physical parameterisation schemes, horizontal resolution, domain size and location, as well as to initial and boundary conditions is crucial for the ...

Exploring the Mechanism of Action of Danggui Buxue Decoction in Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based on UPLC‐MS/MS and Network Pharmacology

open access: yesImmunity, Inflammation and Disease, Volume 14, Issue 9, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Ethnopharmacological Relevance According to Chinese medicine theory, chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) is characterized by dampness‐heat and blood stasis. Danggui Buxue Decoction (DBD) has shown good efficacy in the treatment of diseases associated with qi deficiency and blood stasis (such as CGN).

Must quality estimation based on climate data in the Upper Moselle region

open access: yesMeteorologische Zeitschrift, 2011
Environmental climate conditions have a high impact on must quality expressed in must density and acidity. In view of the observed climate warming and changes in wine quality, finding the interacting factors between climate and must quality are of high ...
