Unlike greedy sampling, EffieDes identifies sequences that globally optimize fitness while satisfying intricate design constraints.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study presents the high‐pressure synthesis of LnCo2N2 (Ln = La, Pr, Nd) with Co in mixed valent states of +I/+II. The compounds demonstrate the stabilization of a nitridocobaltate with extended anionic Co–N layers where Co is threefold coordinated.

Dual Blockade of LILRB1 and LILRB2 Enhances Antiviral Immune Responses in SIV Infection
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Dual LILRB1/B2 blockade with mac20G10 reshapes myeloid activation during acute SIV infection by targeting LILRB1 and LILRB2 on myeloid cells. This treatment enhances CD80 expression on selected myeloid subsets and increases plasma IFN‐λ, IL‐8, and IL‐1RA.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Stereochemistry enables control of ion‐exchange membrane properties via local backbone flexibility without altering the polymer composition. Syn‐enriched membranes show higher water uptake and improved water‐electrolysis performance, whereas anti‐enriched membranes exhibit higher hydration efficiency and improved mechanical properties.
