On the intersection of solvable Hall subgroups in finite simple exceptional groups of Lie type [PDF]
arXiv, 2013 Assume that a finite almost simple group with simple socle isomorphic to an exceptional group of Lie type possesses a solvable Hall subgroup. Then there exist four conjugates of the subgroup such that their intersection is trivial.
