Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study presents a novel and facile thickness‐modulated 4D bioprinting approach using a smart bioink made of gelatin, GelMA, and MXene. Leveraging computational models, it creates living constructs with programmable unidirectional and bidirectional curvatures under a single UV exposure.
