The aim of the thesis is to create a pack of functions in Wolfram Mathematica software to simulate spatial point patterns of chosen hard-core and Gibbs processes. Then it tries to apply these models to real data, estimate the parameters of models for real data and test the validity of models.

2015The stress tensor of a ferrofluid exposed to an external magnetic field is subject to an additional magnetic terms. For a linearly magnetizable medium, such terms results in an interfacial magnetic force acting on the ferrofluid boundaries. The topic of this work is simulation of stock market. Studying the dependence of Prague stock exchange index PX depending on the macroeconomic parameters. It uses the connection methods, neural networks and random walks, where the random walk forward trained neural network functions as decision-making unit, normally used instead of linear approximation.
