On the corrosion behaviour of phosphoric irons in simulated concrete pore solution
Corrosion Science, 2008Abstract The corrosion behaviour of three phosphoric irons P1 (Fe–0.11P–0.028C), P2 (Fe–0.32P–0.026C) and P3 (Fe–0.49P–0.022C) has been studied in simulated concrete pore solution (saturated Ca(OH)2 solution) containing different chloride concentration.

Electrochemical corrosion behavior of HRB500 steel bar in Simulated Concrete Pore solutions
Proceedings of 2011 International Conference on Electronic & Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology, 2011The electrochemical corrosion behavior of HRB500 steel bar in Simulated Concrete Pore (SCP) solutions contaminated by bicarbonate ions and (or) chloride ions was investigated by cyclic potentiodynamic polarization technique, and it was compared with that of HPB235 steel bar. The results show that the passivation and repassivation of HRB500 steel bar is

Passivation Behavior of 2507 Super Duplex Stainless Steel in Simulated Concrete Pore Solution
Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance, 2020This study compares the difference between primary and secondary passive films formed on 2507 super duplex stainless steel (SDSS) in simulated concrete pore solution by means of electrochemical analysis and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) combined with atomic force microscopy (AFM).

Corrosion behaviour of corrugated lean duplex stainless steels in simulated concrete pore solutions
Corrosion Science, 2011Abstract This work studies the corrosion behaviour of two corrugated lean duplex stainless steels (SAF 2001 and 2304 grades) in eight alkaline solutions (carbonated and non-carbonated, saturated Ca(OH) 2 solutions with different chloride contents). 2001 stainless steel is a new grade in market because of its composition.

Corrosion behavior of Cr modified HRB400 steel rebar in simulated concrete pore solution
Construction and Building Materials, 2015Abstract Cr modified alloy steels using HRB400 steel as base alloy were produced by remelting in a vacuum. Their corrosion resistance were estimated by open circuit potential, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and immersion test in saturated Ca(OH)2 simulated concrete pore solution.

Molybdate-phosphate conversion coatings to protect steel in a simulated concrete pore solution
Surface and Coatings Technology, 2019Abstract For the corrosion protection of steel rebars in concrete, five different molybdate-phosphate conversion coatings were prepared, by changing the molybdate-phosphate ratio in the conversion baths. Their composition and morphology were studied with GD-OES, XPS, Raman spectroscopy and SEM-EDX and a schematic representation of their structure is ...
