Dielectric electroactive polymer membranes have been shown to have capabilities both as actuators and generators. Recent models of actuators have shown input to output dynamics that link the electrical energy input to the acceleration of a mass. Models such as these are useful for implementing closed loop control systems and will be necessary in the

Modeling and Simulation Approach to Design of Identification Experiment
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2000Abstract A popular method of identification experiment design is based on Fisher information matrix and Rao-Cramer inequality giving a lower bound on error covariance matrix in a case of unbiased identification. This result relies on data only apart from technical realization of signal acquisition and implementation of identification algorithm, so it

Abstract Hassi Messaoud field heterogeneous and tight reservoir modeling has for decades been a challenge. While the matrix contains most of the fluid and the fractures contribute most to the fluid flow, conductivity is the result a complex network of fissures and fractures.

Simulation models applicable to HVAC components; parameter identification and system simulation
2006A few examples of HVAC component modeling are presented in this paper. Some information is also given about the way to tune and to validate these models. Main “traps” are indicated. The three components are an air-cooled chiller, a cooling coil and a condensing boiler.
