Electric Transport of Nodal Line Semimetals in Single-Component Molecular Conductors [PDF]
We examine an effect of acoustic phonon scattering on the electric conductivity of a single-component molecular conductor [Pd(dddt)2] (dddt = 5,6-dihydro-1,4-dithiin-2,3-dithiolate) with a half-filled band by applying the previous calculation in a two ...

Berry Phase of Dirac Nodal Line Semimetal in Single-Component Molecular Conductor [PDF]
The Berry phase and curvature are studied for the Dirac nodal line semimetal of single-component molecular conductor [Pd(dddt)$_2$]. Using two-band model on the basis of a tight-binding model, it is shown that the Berry curvature, $\bm{B}(\bm{k})$, exists along a loop of the nodal line, on which the Berry phase is obtained from surface integral of $\bm{

Single-Component Molecular Conductors — Multi-Orbital Correlated π-d Electron Systems [PDF]
Abstract Traditional molecular conductors are composed of more than two chemical species. Two prerequisites for the design of molecular metals have long been considered to be 1) forming of the electronic band and 2) existence of charge carriers created by the intermolecular charge transfer between the molecules constructing the band and ...

A single-component molecular crystal [Pd(dddt)2] has been shown to exhibit almost temperature-independent resistivity under high pressure, leading theoretical studies to propose it as a three-dimensional (3D) Dirac electron system.

Two selenated analogues of the all-sulfur single-component molecular conductor [Ni(Et-thiazdt)2] (Et-thiazdt = N-ethylthiazoline-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) have been prepared from their precursor radical-anion complexes. Replacement of the thione by a selenone moiety gives the neutral [Ni(Et-thiazSedt)2] complex.

NMR verification of Dirac nodal lines in a single-component molecular conductor
The Dirac nodal line (DNL) is a novel form of massless Dirac fermions that reside along lines in momentum space. Here, we verify genuine DNLs in the molecular material, [Ni(dmdt)$_2$], with the combined NMR experiments and numerical simulations. The NMR spectral shift and spin-lattice relaxation rate divided by temperature, $1/T_1T$, decrease linearly ...

Conductivity and Resistivity of Dirac Electrons in Single-Component Molecular Conductor [Pd(dddt)2] [PDF]
Dirac electrons, which have been found in the single-component molecular conductor [Pd(dddt)_2] under pressure, are examined by calculating the conductivity and resistivity in terms of a tight-binding model for several pressures of P GPa, which give a nodal line semimetal or insulator.

Dirac Cone Formation in Single-Component Molecular Conductors Based on Metal Dithiolene Complexes
Single-component molecular conductors exhibit a strong connection to the Dirac electron system. The formation of Dirac cones in single-component molecular conductors relies on (1) the crossing of HOMO and LUMO bands and (2) the presence of nodes in the HOMO–LUMO couplings.

Electronic Structure of Cu(tmdt)2 Studied with First-Principles Calculations
We have studied the electronic structure of Cu(tmdt)2, a material related to single-component molecular conductors, by first-principles calculations. The total energy calculations for several different magnetic configurations show that there is strong ...
