Online Prediction of Berlin Single-Family House Prices

Computational Statistics, 2003
A statistical model of house prices is described. It is based on the idea of ``hedonic regression'', but uses expected deviation of the next period return for prediction of the common price component. A state space model is obtained as a result. The Kalman filtering is used for the prediction of the prices in this model.
