Three‐Dimensional Heterogeneous Bonding for High‐Density and Low‐Noise TMR Sensing Arrays

This study demonstrates a three‐dimensional heterogeneous bonding approach to fabricate compact TMR sensing units with double junction numbers and improved magnetic performance. Optimized Au─Au bonding and angled etching improve device integrity, noise characteristics, and magnetoresistance.

This review summarizes some major developments of hollow‐structured nanomaterials as advanced Li hosts for Li‐metal anodes (LMAs). On the Ordering Mechanism of Cu+ in 2D van der Waals Multiferroic CuCrP2S6

Temperature‐dependent X‐ray single‐crystal diffuse scattering measurements of CuCrP2S6 in the (H, K, 0) plane reveal the gradual emergence and strengthening of short‐range order upon cooling from 230 to 170 K.
