Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Statistical approach to non-invasive modeling of zigzag transformers using variable impedance
Zigzag transformers are essential components in modern power systems for grounding, neutral point establishment, and harmonic filtering in FACTS devices, smart grids, and arc suppression systems.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Single-phase solid-state transformers (SSTs) have the advantages of a compact structure, higher reliability, and multiple functions, and have been widely studied. However, bulky energy storage elements and inherent ripple power with double-grid frequency

New constructions of three-phase – two-phase transformers [PDF]
Предложены новые конструкции трехфазно-двухфазных трансформаторов с улучшенными технико-экономическими характеристиками, позволяющие преобразовывать трехфазное напряжение в два напряжения, сдвинутых по фазе друг относительно друга.

From tumor‐centric to ecosystem‐based hypotheses in brain tumor research and care
Primary brain tumors, whether in adults or children, present a major challenge because of their dramatic prognosis and the ongoing lack of efficient therapeutic approaches. In recent years, a shift has occurred from tumor‐centric concepts to a more holistic view of these tumors as dynamic ecosystems.

Modern methods for balancing of single phase loads when feeding a.c. Electrified railways [PDF]
Conventional compensation circuits for phase balancing of single phase AC railways for 50 or 60 Hz have high cost for the associated transformers. A new version of the classical Steinmetz scheme, using three single phase transformers connected as a W ...

Duality derived topological model of single phase four limb transformers for GIC and DC bias studies [PDF]
Geomagnetic disturbances brought about by solar activity cause geo-electric fields in the Earth that drive geomagnetically induced currents through the earthed neutrals of transformers and through power transmission networks.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...
