ABSTRACT We propose a dynamic optimization framework for Medical Oxygen Supply Chains (MOSCs) operating under concurrent disasters. The framework aims to minimize both the total response and transportation time, as well as the total operational cost. These goals are subject to constraints involving evacuation, capacity, maintenance, and inventory.

SINGLE VALUED NEUTROSOPHIC TREES
The edge connectivity plays important role in computer network problems and path problems. In this paper, we introduce special types of single valued neutrosophic (SVN) bridges, single valued neutrosophic cut-vertices, single valued neutrosophic cycles ...

Evaluation of Agronomic Performance of two Varieties of Faba Bean (Vicia faba L.), INIAP 440 - Quitumbe and INIAP 442 - Sultana, using Neutrosophic Superhypersoft sets [PDF]
The yield and earliness of broad bean varieties have depended on key factors to enhance agricultural productivity in various regions. Therefore, the objective of the study focused on evaluating the agronomic yield and earliness of the INIAP 442-SULTANA ...

This paper proposes a robust multi‐criteria decision‐making framework that integrates circular q‐rung orthopair fuzzy sets (CqROFSs) with the CoCoFISO method to evaluate digital‐twin adoption strategies under uncertainty in smart manufacturing. The model effectively manages ambiguity, hesitation and conflicting criteria, enabling reliable ranking of 27

Introduces an Interval‐Valued Spherical Fuzzy SIWEC‐SPOTIS approach for PV site selection. The proposed model is validated through rank reversal, sensitivity, and comparative study. Solar irradiation received the highest weight, while mean wind speed received the lowest. Tangail district was ranked the most suitable, while Shariatpur ranked the lowest.

In this paper, utilizing the concept of neutrosophic metric spaces proposed by Kirisci and Simsek, we establish a fixed point theorem of Edelstein type within this framework. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the validity of the main result. Furthermore, we present an application to a general SIR‐type epidemic model.

A linear Diophantine Z‐number Aczel–Alsina t‐norm operator is implemented for solving a linear Diophantine Z‐number problem, along with explaining its reliability, along with the solution derived. Some basic mathematical characteristics of the introduced operator, such as monotonicity, boundedness, and homogeneity, are rigorously deduced mathematically

The fuzzy Fredholm integral equation is a fundamental equation that describes a wide range of phenomena in physics, chemistry, and fluid dynamics. Fuzzy neutrosophic numbers offer an effective way to handle the uncertainty in fuzzy Fredholm integral equations, helping identify the most suitable variables and factors for solving them. Therefore, in this

On Single-Valued Neutrosophic Closure Spaces
This paper aims to mark out new terms of single-valued neutrosophic notions in a Šostak sense called single-valued neutrosophic semi-closure spaces. To achieve this, notions such as β£-closure operators and β£-interior operators are first defined.
