IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2019 Abstract The purpose of research is to observe forecasting product selling. The methods used are Single Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing. The result showed that MAPE of Single Exponential Smoothing is 20% and MAPE of Double Exponential Smoothing around 24%.
