New Jersey 2002 Integrated Water Quality Monitoring And Assessment Report [305(b) And 303(d)].
In 2000 the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) encouraged states to integrate the 305(b) Water Quality Inventory Report and the 303(d) List of Impaired Waters into a single Integrated Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment Report ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

The water resources of Jersey : an overview. [PDF]
The groundwater and surface waters of Jersey together form a single interactive water body which is sourced by rainfall over the Island. • The water body is currently stressed by a number of factors which constrain the volumes of water available for ...

Phosphorus Limitation in two New Jersey Lakes
Algal bioassay experiments were conducted on water from Pines Lake and Pompton Lake, Passaic County, New Jersey. For both lakes phosphorus stimulated growth of the test alga, Selenastrum capricornutum, whereas single additions of nitrogen had no effect ...

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated
