Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Positive Solutions of a Singular Fractional Boundary Value Problem with r-Laplacian Operators
We investigate the existence and multiplicity of positive solutions for a system of Riemann–Liouville fractional differential equations with r-Laplacian operators and nonnegative singular nonlinearities depending on fractional integrals, supplemented ...

Multilinear singular integrals
We survey the thoery of multilinear singular integral operators with modulation symmetry. The basic example for this theory is the bilinear Hilbert transform and its multilinear variants.

Singular polynomials from orbit spaces [PDF]
We consider the polynomial representation S(V*) of the rational Cherednik algebra H_c(W) associated to a finite Coxeter group W at constant parameter c.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

The human gut microbiome across the life course
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...

Weighted inequalities for commutators of one-sided singular integrals [PDF]
summary:We prove weighted inequalities for commutators of one-sided singular integrals (given by a Calder'on-Zygmund kernel with support in $(-\infty, 0)$) with BMO functions. We give the one-sided version of the results in C. Pérez, Sharp estimates for

Multi-parameter Singular Integrals. (AM-189)
This book develops a new theory of multi-parameter singular integrals associated with Carnot–Carathéodory balls. The book first details the classical theory of Calderón–Zygmund singular integrals and applications to linear partial differential equations.

An adaptive algorithm for evaluation of singular and near singular integrals in 3D is presented. The algorithm is based on successive adaptive/selective subdivisions of the element until a prescribed error criteria is met. For evaluating the integrals in
