Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 27, 2 April 2026.
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Swampland: The Cosmologist's Handbook to the String‐Theoretical Swampland Programme

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 74, Issue 4, April 2026.
Abstract String theory has strong implications for cosmology, implying the absence of a cosmological constant, ruling out single‐field slow‐roll inflation, and that black holes decay. The origins of these statements are elucidated within the string‐theoretical swampland programme.

Multiple front and pulse solutions in spatially periodic systems

open access: yesJournal of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 113, Issue 4, April 2026.
Abstract In this paper, we develop a comprehensive mathematical toolbox for the construction and spectral stability analysis of stationary multiple front and pulse solutions to general semilinear evolution problems on the real line with spatially periodic coefficients.

Time-Space Noncommutative Abelian Solitons

open access: yes, 2005
We demonstrate the construction of solitons for a time-space Moyal-deformed integrable U(n) sigma model (the Ward model) in 2+1 dimensions. These solitons cannot travel parallel to the noncommutative spatial direction.

Further quality analytical investigation on soliton solutions of some nonlinear PDEs with analyses: Bifurcation, sensitivity, and chaotic phenomena

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal
In this investigation, the analytical behavior of two prominent nonlinear wave equations, namely the doubly dispersive equation (DDE) and the Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur equation (AKNSE), have been scrutinized. Bifurcation analysis, sensitivity as well as

A new investigation of the extended Sakovich equation for abundant soliton solution in industrial engineering via two efficient techniques

open access: yesOpen Physics
Soliton solutions play a crucial role in modeling stable phenomena across optical communications, fluid dynamics, and plasma physics, owing to their stability and persistence in solving nonlinear equations.

Different Physical Structures of Solutions for a Generalized Resonant Dispersive Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation with Power Law Nonlinearity

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2019
In this work, we investigate various types of solutions for the generalised resonant dispersive nonlinear Schrödinger equation (GRD-NLSE) with power law nonlinearity.

Cohomogeneity one Ricci Solitons from Hopf Fibrations

open access: yes, 2019
This paper studies cohomogeneity one Ricci solitons. If the isotropy representation of the principal orbit $G/K$ consists of two inequivalent $Ad_K$-invariant irreducible summands, the existence of parameter families of non-homothetic complete steady and

Dynamical characteristics and physical structure of cusp-like singular solitons in birefringent fibers

open access: yesResults in Physics
In this paper, we explore optical nonlinear waves in a birefringent fiber by investigating the dynamics of a coupled nonlinear Schrödinger system with four-wave mixing factors.
