Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Singular vectors and the predictability of weather and climate
Abstract The local instability properties of a chaotic system are determined by the singular vectors and singular values of the dynamical evolution operator, linearized about a finite trajectory portion of the integral curves of the nonlinear equations.

Fault-Tolerant Consensus of Fractional Order Singular Multi-Agent Systems With Uncertainty
Consensus of fractional order singular multi-agent systems is considered in this paper. The model of uncertain systems with actuator faults and external disturbances is established.

Heuristic Analysis of Time Series Internal Structure [PDF]
A method of analysis of Time Series Internal Structures based on Singular Spectrum Analysis is discussed. It has been shown that in the case when the Time Series contains deterministic additive components rank of the trajectory matrices equal to number ...

Adaptive Subspace Method for Phase Noise Estimation in CO-OFDM Systems
In this paper, a blind phase noise estimation method for a coherent optical orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (CO-OFDM) system is considered. Based on the subspace approach, a simple and robust method is proposed to adaptively estimate and track

Singular vector autoregressions
This paper develops methods for the empirical analysis of singular processes, particularly in macroeconomics. A strong rationale, a well-developed theoretical framework and, as we show, empirical support exist for multivariate time series with a singular spectral density.

Architecture‐Driven Functional Coupling in Vertically Aligned Nanocomposites
Vertically aligned nanocomposites define a growth‐engineered architecture in which vertical interfaces, strain fields, defect pathways, and phase connectivity are created simultaneously. This review shows how these architectural features couple ferroic, optical, ionic, electrochemical, and device responses, establishing design rules and open challenges
