Physical Review D, 2012 Lifshitz spacetimes are possible gravitational duals to strongly coupled field theories with an anisotropic scaling symmetry. These spacetimes however, have a null curvature singularity. We find that higher dimensional embeddings of Lifshitz also have a similar singularity.

FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Advances in cryo‐EM have revealed the detailed structure of Photosystem II, a key protein complex driving photosynthesis. This review traces the journey from early low‐resolution images to high‐resolution models, highlighting how these discoveries deepen our understanding of light harvesting and energy conversion in plants.

Manipulation of Energy Flow with X-Type Vortex
Photonics, 2022 In this study, a new method for manipulating energy flow in a 3D vector field is proposed. In this method, an azimuthally-polarized beam with a noncanonical vortex, the X-type vortex, is focused in a high-numerical aperture system.
