A Dichotic Listening Study of Differences in Cerebral Organization in Dextral and Sinistral Subjects
The purpose of the present study was to compare immediate recall of paired dichotic presentation of CV-syllables in a dextral and a sinistral group when considering both gender, familial sinistrality, and hand-posture during writing. Forty subjects (20 dextrals and 20 sinistrals) were given 306 presentations of the six Swedish stop-consonants paired ...

Fault Analysis to Determine Deformation History of Kubang Pasu Formation at South of UniMAP Stadium Hill, Ulu Pauh, Perlis, Malaysia [PDF]
The Kubang Pasu Formation at South of UniMap Stadium Hill has suffered deformation that produced fault with various types and orientations. First deformation (ST1) is southeast – northwest were resulted normal, reverse, dextral and sinistral fault.

This study of recent exploration drillcore reveals two sequences separated by a disconformity. Basal alluvial fan to shallow marine lithofacies suggest reactivation of basement faults, and a distinct upwelling signature points to a flooded margin, controlled by differential subsidence of diverse Proterozoic lithosphere.

Is flux rope a necessary condition for the progenitor of coronal mass ejections?
A magnetic flux rope structure is believed to exist in most coronal mass ejections (CMEs). However, it has been long debated whether the flux rope exists before eruption or is formed during eruption via magnetic reconnection.

Techniques and Advances in Ultrafast Photography
This review maps the fast‐growing field of ultrafast photography from early mechanical cameras to modern optical‐computational methods. It organizes techniques into four families (multishot passive/active; single‐shot passive/active), explains how they reach trillion‐frame‐per‐second speeds, compares capabilities and tradeoffs, and highlights ...
