Semi‐Continuous Versus Continuous Suturing Techniques in Bronchial Anastomosis Following da Vinci Robotic‐Assisted Sleeve Lobectomy

open access: yesThoracic Cancer, Volume 17, Issue 3, February 2026.
Semi‐continuous suturing significantly reduces bronchial anastomosis time during robotic sleeve lobectomy compared to continuous suturing, without increasing complication rates, offering a safer and more efficient technical option for bronchial reconstruction.

Comparison of short‐term complications after open, laparoscopic and robot‐assisted radical prostatectomy

open access: yesBJU International, Volume 137, Issue 2, Page 348-359, February 2026.
Objective The objective of this study is to address the lack of real‐life study comparing the impact of the three surgical approaches for radical prostatectomy (RP), i.e., open (ORP), laparoscopic (LRP) and robot‐assisted (RARP), on the occurrence of postoperative events by measuring the association between surgical approach and risk of death, transfer

MSC‐Derived Secretome and Exosomes in Dermatology: Mechanisms, Therapeutic Opportunities, and Scientific Challenges—A Narrative Review

open access: yesInternational Journal of Dermatology, Volume 65, Issue 2, Page 257-272, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) exert their effects primarily through paracrine signaling via soluble factors and extracellular vesicles (EVs), especially exosomes. These acellular components offer regenerative and immunomodulatory benefits with fewer safety and logistical constraints than cell‐based therapies.
