ABSTRACT Both pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) and coronavirus disease‐2019 (COVID‐19) are risk factors for chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) and other pulmonary infectious diseases because of residual lung damage. We report a case of Achromobacter spp. infection following CPA in an immunocompetent woman with a history of PTB and COVID‐19.

ABSTRACT Cardiac myxomas are benign tumors; however, infected myxomas represent a rare clinical presentation. Infected myxomas can cause concomitant infective valve endocarditis, which may lead to complications such as persistent bacteremia, valvular insufficiency/stenosis, and embolic phenomena if not treated promptly.

Kimura Disease With Eosinophilic Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis Successfully Treated by Mepolizumab

ABSTRACT Diagnosis of Kimura's disease should be considered if a middle‐aged Asian male patient presents with painless enlargement of cervical lymph nodes, eosinophilia, and elevated serum total IgE level. Patients with Kimura's disease can have concurrent EGPA or presentations consistent with EGPA.
